The form of the Conference

The conference will be held online - via Zoom platform

Participation to the conference is free of charge.

Each paper will be presented within 15 minutes.

DREPTUL FAMILIEI

DE CE SĂ PARTICIPI LA UN PROCES SIMULAT?

Pentru că este o bună modalitate de a-ți testa și dezvolta cunoștințele de drept, de a realiza argumentări pertinente și concludente, de a-ți demonstra calitățile oratorice și capacitatea de control a emoțiilor. 

PREZENTARE

Concursul național de procese simulate de Dreptul Familiei, organizat de Facultatea de Drept din Oradea, are ca obiect dezbaterea unei spețe din practica judiciară, propusă de organizatori.

La concurs se pot înscrie studenți ai Facultăților de Drept, din anii I-IV de studii și studenți masteranzi.

Departajarea și atribuirea rolurilor în cadrul procesului simulat se face pe baza rezultatelor obținute la etapa I.

 IMPORTANT

Evenimentul va beneficia de participarea, în calitate de membru al juriului, a doamnei judecător Mirea-Gajdo Loreley Emese, vicepreședinte al Curții de Apel Oradea.

 

Calendar concursului:

  • Înscrieri: 28.02-10.03.2023
  • Etapa scrisă: 11.03-17.03.2023
  • Etapa proces simulat: 30.03.2023


Înscrierile se vor realiza în perioada 28 februarie - 10 martie 2023, completând formularul disponibil online.

În formularul de înscriere fiecare participant va menționa numele și prenumele complet, anul de studiu, facultatea și universitatea.
 
       1. Etapa preliminară - scrisă:

Participanții înscriși vor primi pe e-mail, în data de 11 martie 2023, o speță de Dreptul familiei, pe care o vor soluționa și o vor trimite prin intermediul poștei electronice, comisiei formate din conf. univ. dr. Oana Mihăilă și lect. univ. dr. Mihaela Teaca, până în data de 15 martie 2023 ora 22. 

Soluționarea speței din etapa scrisă se va trimite la următoarele adrese de e-mail:

Cei selectați pentru a participa la Procesul simulat, vor fi anunțați în data de 17 martie 2023.

 
       2. Etapa Procesului simulat de Dreptul familiei:

În această etapă, participanții vor pleda în fața unui juriu.
Evenimentul va avea loc în data de 30 martie 2023 la Palatul de Justiție din Oradea.

În urma derulării procesului simulat, juriul va acorda premiile I, II și III precum și diplome de participare.
