”LEGAL ANSWERS TO VIOLENCE IN THE VIRTUAL SPACE –

A CRIMINAL LAW APPROACH”

          Selecţia pentru bursele ERASMUS+ (doar aferente programului BIP de mai sus) va avea loc în data de 25.05.2023, ora 14.30 (Decanat, etaj I)sunt disponibile max 4 locuri.

 

Dosarul candidaţilor va trebui să cuprindă următoarele acte:

- copie act identitate;
- o adeverinţă care să ateste calitatea de student/masterand al Facultăţii de Drept;
- scrisoare de intenţie + CV (într-o limbă de circulaţie internaţională; pentru studenţii care candidează pentru o bursă Erasmus); (vă rugăm să utilizaţi model CV Europass cu poză)
- dovada cunoaşterii unei limbi de circulaţie internaţională (engleză) – atestată prin certificat de competenţă lingvistică. 

*** Atenție:

  • Candidații trebuie să prezinte rezultate academice bune în anii universitari anteriori și să fie integraliști până la ultima sesiune anterioară efectuării mobilității, inclusiv;
  • Departajarea se va face în funcție de media notelor la materiile Drept penal, partea generală; Drept penal, partea specială; Procedură penală; Administrarea justiției și tehnologia informației

BIP: ”LEGAL ANSWERS TO VIOLENCE IN THE VIRTUAL SPACE –

A CRIMINAL LAW APPROACH”

Topics:  

  • Cyberstalking, cyberharassment and so-called dox(x)ing on the need for demarcation
  • Hate postings and depictions of violence on the internet
  • Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) on the Internet - On the Need for Criminal Law Regulations?
  • Upskirting and downblowsing online: On the Necessary Adaptation of Criminal Law also for Revenge porn and Thrill Videos
  • Online prostitution versus online pornography and criminal law
  • On the criminal liability of so-called "sexting" - the acquisition of youth pornography content
  • #MeToo - Gathering and Use of Evidence from Social Media Posts in Criminal Proceedings
  • Digital punishments

 

Tasks of the participant students

  • preparation a short report on the domestic legal situation of the selected topics (English)
  • participation in the online event (meeting the team members and discussing the main features of possible comparison)
  • in this module, the students get to know each other and agree beforehand on the sub-issues of the thematic framework - the aim is not to fully cover the sub-topics but to explore possible "highlights" or the hot topics for later. This is done through e-mail communication and online meetings with low-threshold tutor mentoring
  • student’s teams will consist of a Hungarian, a Turkish and a German student, and up to 6 teams will have a Polish student as well.
  • communicate and work remotely with other team members
  • participation in the on-site event in Szeged
  1. this module started with personal introductions and intercultural exchange programmes and the refinement of the project tasks set for the end of the seminar. To solve the project task, a comparative methodology is needed.
  2. it will be continued with students' individual presentations, followed by discussion and identification of further issues for comparison.
  3. preparation a legal comparison in the given topic together with team-members.
  4. during teamwork, students prepare the output. The project work format will be a joint presentation.
  5. the student teams present the results of their research and work in a full-day workshop, with mentors, instructors and all students participating in a peer discussion.
  6. participation in the social events in Szeged organised by SZTE

 

Tasks of the participating teachers

  • supporting the preparation of the students, consultation, discussions
  • mentoring activities during the online event
  • lecturing and mentoring (teaching) activities during the on-site event

Facultatea de Drept va organiza selecţia pentru mobilităţile cadrelor didactice, didactice-auxiliare şi nedidactice  ERASMUS+ (doar aferente programului BIP de mai sus) va avea loc în data de 29.05.2023, ora 10.00 (Decanat, etaj I)sunt disponibile 1-2 locuri (in funcție de bugetul alocat de organizator). 

La data selecţiei, dosarul de candidatură în cazul mobilităţilor ST şi TA va cuprinde în mod obligatoriu următoarele documente:

1.Anexa I – program de lucru, semnat de ambele părţi, în original sau document scanat

2.fişa individuală

3.copie act identitate

4.CV Europass

5.Copie cont IBAN -Banca Transilvania

            De asemenea, cadrele didactice candidate vor prezenta fișele de disciplină pentru materiile predate, aferente planului de învățământ, traduse în limba engleză. Departajarea se va face in funcțiile de criteriile aprobate de CF si SUO.
